After an early breakfast we make our way to Sørvika, where we board the boat Femund II, which takes us to Femundshytta Farm. There we are warmly welcomed by Milda and Klas. They show us around the farmstead, telling us many anecdotes, and then serve us delicious cured meat, sour milk cheese and sour cream in the sheep barn. We may even be lucky enough to have time for a quick dance in the storehouse before the boat takes us back to Sørvika.

Over Rørosvidda med hest og slede
-med vinteren foran deg og historien bak deg...
Gjennom flere århundrer har handel til og fra Røros foregått med hest. Dette var mer enn transport, for med de reisende ble verden bortenfor fjellene kjent. Svenskene, også kjent som forbønder, var svært velkomne gjester på ferdasgårdene. Disse turene blir gjort den dag i dag til Rørosmartnan.
En levende reise i Verdensarven, svært få forunt å oppleve i dag!
